What types of tile do you install?

How long does tile installation take?
A bathroom floor typically takes 2–3 days, and a larger kitchen or living area 3–5 days, because thinset and grout need time to set and cure. Showers usually take longer due to waterproofing.
Do you waterproof showers?
Yes. Shower and tub-surround tile goes over a proper waterproofing system on the walls and pan. Tile and grout alone are not waterproof — the membrane behind them is what protects your home.
Can tile go over a concrete slab?
Yes — a slab is a great base for tile. We check flatness, fill or grind as needed, and use an uncoupling membrane where cracks or movement are a concern.
Can large-format tile go on any floor?
Large tiles (like 24" x 24" or 12" x 24" and up) need a very flat floor to avoid lippage. We level the floor and use leveling clips during setting for a smooth, even surface.
